pleasure to work with Jack

Bought my first truck here and first new car in 20 years. I was dreading the experience but it was such a pleasure to work with Jack Z!!! Although he is very busy (likely due to his customer service and attention) and may have multiple customers, Jack Z and his staff make you feel like you are the only customer. He was a pleasure to work with and would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a Ford vehicle to visit Jack Z.

Desiree was very courteous and patient working with us via the internet LIVE CHAT feature on Al Piemonte's website. Marco cheerfully explained the sales process, showed us the features and benefits of a Ford over the competitor (Toyota), and he maintained a very professional and most pleasant demeanor during the entire process. It was like working with a lifelong friend. The finance manager gave us our payment options and found the best finance plan for our budget saving us both time and money. Overall, it was the most wonderful car buying experience that our family has ever had. Anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle should look up Marco Piemonte at Al Piemonte Ford.
