I recently brought a car from this dealership. I need a car ASAP, I told Laverne and Boris what I could afford what I wanted, they went toe to toe for me and got it done!!! I am now the proud owner of a 2014 Ford Explorer lxt. And extra thank u to George there were a little things that needed to be fixed on the car that I mentioned to him . With no hesitation he told me to bring it in, give him at least a day and he will have it taken care of. I appreciate his commitment to making me feel appreciated as a customer and keeping his word. I went in with skepticism about buying a car, with all the rumors your hear about crooked car salesmen. I had a great experience at this dealership. Oh I forgot Matt in the finance department he was the cake on the icing. He is just a delight and was just a good person in general. Thank u all for your good service. Much appreciated and needed. I have had nothing but positive experiences with service at Al Piemonte. I also appreciate the fact that they are so close to home.
We have purchased our 6th car from Al Piemonte, because of the service. This time the purchasing experience was less than positive and our first service visit had a little glitch. The sales person spent time with us and provided us with information about the new features in the Ford Explorer- it was appreciated. What surprised us was he wrote up the bill of sale and assumed we were good to go- it was the first time we heard the price. We were not "good to go" and the price was $7000 more than we expected to spend. He asked us what tells us we can't afford this car and my husband showed him the checkbook and said, "this!" We asked to see cars in that price range and there were several, brand new Explorers with everything we wanted. We drove out with our new Explorer in an hour. However the experience was less than happy and the sales guy was a bit arrogant.( if we did not have years of positive history from Al Piemonte we would have walked out at that point)After 2 months, a message popped up on our dashboard and I called the Service Department who said Quick Lane can handle that. Went to Quick Lane the next morning and was told that Service handles that as its a software issue and I need an appointment. Thank goodness one of the Service guys heard this had he said, come with me, I will take care of this and he did in about 30 minutes and did an oil change ( first one was free). I think it's a training issue with the employees and they may have some new people.Still giving Al Piemonte high marks because it's a clean, well stocked dealership with good people who want to help and who know their stuff.
Lou Wilson is my go to guy for information and service . He is knowledgeable and eager to help . His estimated cost for the repair...is what the invoice was ...no surprises . If need be ...I'll wait for him .
